Gate District - DIFC

Gate District surrounds DIFC’s iconic Gate building. Directly along Sheikh Zayed Road between Trade Centre area and Downtown Dubai, it sits alongside Gate Village and Gate Avenue within DIFC, allowing easy movement between these areas on foot.

Take the Dubai Metro Red Line to Financial Centre Metro Station. From the station, walk into Dubai International Financial Centre and continue on foot to Gate District.

Free parking is available for the first hour at Gate District. On weekdays, additional hours are charged at AED 25 during daytime hours, while parking is free from 6pm to 6am. On Saturdays and Sundays, parking is charged at AED 20 per hour.

Parking operates on a ticketless system, with fees automatically processed via Salik. For more details, contact parking.difc@parkonic.ae.

From cafés and restaurants to supermarkets, pharmacies, clinics, fitness facilities and salons, it allows visitors to combine meetings, meals, and day-to-day errands in one place.
